This is a full time, in-office role with no work-from-home provision. The position requires solid communication skills, sales ability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes of client interactions and follow-ups with professionalism and care.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide expert counselling to students regarding overseas education options across Canada, USA, UK, Australia, Recent Zealand, Germany, Ireland, Dubai and Singapore based on their academic profiles and career aspirations.
Guide students and their families through the complete student visa process for various countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Facilitate and manage the admission process by coordinating between students and the internal admissions team to ensure timely submissions.
Stay well-versed with admission processes, timelines, and documentation requirements for all major study destinations.




Review student profiles and evaluate their eligibility in line with standardized admission criteria of partner institutions.
Maintain regular interaction with walk-in clients and incoming leads, ensuring consistent communication and guidance.
Liaise with the admission team to follow up on offer letters, tuition fee receipts, and other time-sensitive documents.
Counsel all student walk-ins professionally, offering country-specific and profile-based education options.
Attend incoming phone and online queries, providing comprehensive information about programs, countries, and next steps.
Ensure consistent follow-ups with positively engaged students to convert leads into active applicants.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
