Prepare the Operation Theatre before each surgical procedure.
Check availability and functioning of OT equipment, instruments, and supplies.
Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
Maintain strict aseptic and sterile techniques throughout the procedure.
Perform surgical scrub, gowning, gloving, and sterile field preparation.
Act as Scrub Nurse or Circulating Nurse as assigned.
Prepare and arrange surgical instruments, sutures, implants, and consumables.
Perform instrument, sponge, needle, and swab counts before, during, and after surgery.
