Purchasing and Sourcing Duties
Vendor selection: Find and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
Price negotiation: Secure the best contract terms, payment cycles, and bulk discounts.
Order processing: Review purchase requisitions and issue formal purchase orders (POs) for operational items.
Market tracking: Monitor market price trends for food, beverage, and operational supplies to forecast costs.

Store and Inventory Management
Stock control: Maintain logical inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts of critical items.
Receiving oversight: Inspect incoming deliveries for correct quantities, proper condition, and high quality.
Issuing control: Manage strict authorization procedures for releasing stock items to various departments via requisitions.
Audit compliance:



Conduct routine physical stock-takes and reconcile discrepancies with book inventory.

Administrative and Financial Control
Budget monitoring: Track department spending against set financial targets.
Invoice verification: Match purchase orders, delivery notes, and supplier invoices before sending them to finance.
Department collaboration: Work with the executive chef, finance controller, and general manager on cost-saving initiatives.
Staff supervision: Train and manage storekeepers, receiving clerks, and purchasing assistants.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
