n About the Role
n We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer with 3–5 years of experience who is equally passionate about graphic design and photo editing.
n This role is a balanced mix of creative marketing design and production-level image editing. Approximately 50% of your time will be spent designing marketing assets, while the remaining 50% will focus on editing, retouching, and enhancing product photography for eCommerce platforms.
n You'll work closely with our marketing team to ensure every visual asset meets our quality standards and strengthens our brands. Experience in video editing is an added advantage.

n What You'll Be Doing
n Graphic Design (50%)
n n Design high-quality creatives for Meta, Google, Amazon and other digital advertising platforms.
n Create engaging social media creatives, banners, email creatives, infographics and marketing collateral.
n Design Shopify website banners, landing page graphics and promotional assets.
n Create A+ Content, product listing images and eCommerce creatives.
n Collaborate with SEO and Performance Marketing teams to create campaign-focused creatives.
n Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all visual assets.
n n Photo Editing & Retouching (50%)
n n Edit and retouch product photographs to create clean, premium-quality visuals.
n Perform color correction, exposure balancing and image enhancement.




n Remove backgrounds, dust, scratches and unwanted elements.
n Create realistic shadows, reflections and depth for product images.
n Prepare marketplace-ready images for Amazon, Shopify and other eCommerce platforms.
n Organize and manage image files with proper naming conventions and version control.
n Maintain consistency across large batches of product images.
n n Bonus Skills
n n Edit short-form marketing videos and reels.
n Create basic motion graphics using After Effects.
n Assist in developing engaging multimedia content for digital campaigns.

n What You'll Need
n n 3–5 years of experience in Graphic Design and Photo Editing.
n Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
n Strong knowledge of Illustrator, Lightroom and InDesign.
n Experience designing for social media and paid advertising campaigns.
n Strong understanding of product retouching, color correction and image enhancement.
n Experience creating A+ Content and eCommerce listing images.
n Ability to work with large volumes of product images while maintaining consistency.
n Excellent typography, layout and color sense.
n Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
n Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
n Knowledge of AI-powered design tools is a plus.
n Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is preferred
