Position:Sales Application Engineer

Industry:Valve Manufacturing

Experience:more than 1 yrs. for junior & more than 5yrs for senior profile

Education:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:
Review customer enquiries, technical specifications, datasheets, P&IDs;, GA drawings, and tender documents.
Prepare techno-commercial offers/quotations for industrial valves and related products.
Select suitable valve types, materials, pressure classes, trims, and actuators based on customer requirements.
Coordinate with engineering, production, and procurement teams for technical clarifications.
Prepare cost sheets and ensure quotations comply with customer specifications and company standards.
Follow up with customers on submitted quotations and provide technical clarifications.
Convert enquiries into confirmed purchase orders by maintaining regular customer communication.




Track enquiry status and maintain a healthy enquiry-to-order conversion ratio.
Participate in pre-bid meetings, tender submissions, and post-bid clarifications.
Prepare and submit technical documents required during the bidding process.
Coordinate with the field sales team to identify recent business opportunities and support business development.
Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, tenders, and order status in the ERP/CRM system.
Ensure timely submission of quotations within customer deadlines.
Support contract review after receipt of purchase orders to ensure complete technical compliance.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and end users.
