About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Design and build RESTful APIs and backend services with Node.js & Express.js.
Implement and manage databases using MongoDB and MySQL, including schema design and query optimization.
Develop responsive and interactive UI components using React.js, Redux, and Redux Toolkit.
Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and contemporary styling frameworks to create clean and user-friendly interfaces.
Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and tools as needed.
Manage source code using Git, follow branching strategies, and participate in code reviews.
Support CI/CD processes and assist in deployment on company local servers or cloud environments.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems for improved performance.
Collaborate with designers, QA teams, and product managers to deliver high-quality features.





Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience as a MERN Stack or Full-Stack Developer.
Solid hands-on experience with:
Node.js, Express.js:
MongoDB & MySQL (data modeling, CRUD operations, queries)
React.js, Redux, Redux Toolkit:
JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3:
Good understanding of asynchronous programming, promises, and modern JS patterns.
Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, build tools, and automated deployment.
Understanding of RESTful API design, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and security practices.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have (Optional)
Experience with Docker, PM2, Nginx, or cloud services.
Knowledge of TypeScript.
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha).
Experience with Agile development practices.

Soft Skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independent
