We are hiring an Onsite Service Technician to join our energetic and growing team

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for technical service? Rensolve India Pvt Ltd is hiring skilled Onsite Service Technicians to provide top-notch installation, maintenance, and repair services directly at our customers’ locations.

What You’ll Do:
Diagnose technical issues accurately and resolve them efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service and technical support.
Document service activities and maintain records accurately
Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when needed





What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience as a service technician or in a similar role.
Robust technical knowledge relevant to Rensolve India’s product line
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
