Job Summary

The Public Relations (PR) Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic communication initiatives that enhance the hotel's/resort's brand image, reputation, and market presence. The role involves managing media relations, influencer partnerships, press events, crisis communications, and public-facing campaigns to drive awareness, guest engagement, and business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesMedia Relations
Build and maintain solid relationships with journalists, travel writers, editors, bloggers, and media agencies.
Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and news announcements.
Secure positive media coverage across print, digital, television, and social platforms.
Coordinate media visits, interviews, and press familiarization (FAM) trips.

Brand & Reputation Management
Protect and enhance the hotel's/resort's public image.
Monitor media coverage and public sentiment.
Manage crisis communication strategies and responses when required.
Ensure brand messaging remains consistent across all communication channels.





Marketing & Promotional Support
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team on promotional campaigns and property launches.
Support seasonal offers, events, weddings, conferences, and special packages through PR activities.
Develop compelling storytelling around the property's unique experiences and services.

Influencer & Partnership Management
Identify and engage relevant influencers, content creators, travel bloggers, and celebrities.
Negotiate collaboration agreements and monitor campaign performance.
Build strategic partnerships with tourism boards, travel agencies, luxury brands, and local organizations.

Event Management
Plan and execute press conferences, media events, product launches, and community engagement programs.
Coordinate VIP visits and celebrity stays.
Represent the hotel/resort at industry events and networking functions.
