Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle sales inquiries for international tour packages and convert leads into bookings.
Provide destination knowledge and travel consultation for international locations.
Prepare customized itineraries as per client requirements.
Coordinate end-to-end tour operations, including bookings, confirmations, documentation, and follow-ups.
Liaise with hotels, DMCs, airlines, and travel partners for smooth execution.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
Manage customer communication before, during, and post travel.
Maintain records of bookings, quotations, and operational updates.

Requirements:
Experience in international tour sales is mandatory.
Knowledge of international destinations and travel planning.
Exposure to both sales and travel operations.:
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple bookings.
Travel industry experience preferred.

Job Details:
Location: New Town, Kolkata
Work Mode: Work from Office




Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
2nd & 4th Saturday: Half Day
Salary: Negotiable | As per market standards + based on experience
