Handle incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable self-drive car rental solutions.
Convert customer enquiries into successful bookings through effective communication and sales skills.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.
Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective customers to maximize booking conversion rates.
Provide accurate information about vehicles, pricing, offers, and rental policies.
Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Meet individual and team booking/conversion targets while ensuring service quality standards.
Update customer interactions and booking details accurately in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking and customer experience.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam & Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
