About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Pinterest.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content as per the content calendar.
Write compelling captions, posts, and social media copy.
Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams for creative development.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
Generate ideas for reels, stories, videos, and other engaging content formats.
Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.

Required Skills:




1+ year of experience in Social Media Management.
Solid knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Valuable content writing and communication skills.
Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
Knowledge of Canva and basic design principles.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
