Job Title: Academic / Career Counsellor

Job Summary:
The Counsellor is responsible for guiding students regarding course selection, career pathways, admissions, and overall academic development. The role involves understanding student needs, providing correct information, motivating them, and maintaining strong communication with parents and students.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students about available courses, training programs, and career options.
Understand student interests and guide them towards suitable academic/IT career paths.
Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads.
Explain course structure, fee details, placement assistance, and institute perks.
Maintain records of students and follow-up for admissions.
Achieve monthly enrollment targets.




Coordinate with trainers and admin for smooth student onboarding.
Conduct orientation sessions for recent students.
Provide updates to parents about student progress (if applicable).

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good convincing and negotiation ability.
Professional behavior and positive attitude.
Basic computer and MS-Office knowledge.
Ability to understand and guide students effectively.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
