Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify targeted companies and decision-makers based on project requirements.
Generate qualified B2B leads using online research and various databases.
Perform data mining through search engines, company websites, business directories, and professional networking platforms.
Verify and validate collected data to ensure high accuracy and quality.
Update and maintain CRM systems, spreadsheets, and internal databases.
Remove duplicate, outdated, or incorrect records.
Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand lead requirements.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.
Prepare reports on completed work and data quality metrics.

Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Mining, Lead Generation, or Web Research.




Strong internet research and analytical skills.
Experience using LinkedIn, Google Search, company websites, ZoomInfo, Apollo, RocketReach, Crunchbase, or similar lead generation tools.
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
Understanding of B2B databases and prospect research.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience working in the US market.
Knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms is an added advantage.
