Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior chefs in basic food preparation and cooking under supervision.
Support in garnishing, plating, and arranging ingredients for service.
Assist Commi 1, Commi 2, and CDP in daily operations.
Communicate effectively with team members for smooth kitchen workflow.
Take guidance and training from senior chefs to enhance skills.
Learn and upgrade culinary skills through training and practice.
Maintain cleanliness of workstation, utensils, and equipment.
Follow FSSAI and internal hygiene standards at all times.
Adhere to safety guidelines for equipment handling and food storage.
Take feedback positively and work on improving speed, accuracy, and presentation.
Pay: ₹10,089.28 - ₹16,000.00 per month
