JOB TITLE : Billing Engineer

Job Summary:
Role & Responsibilities:
Prepare project-wise BOQs, estimates, and quantity calculations.
Measure completed work and prepare Running Account (RA) Bills.
Prepare and submit client invoices as per project progress.
Verify quantities as per drawings and site measurements.
Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers for work completion details.
Prepare and revise project estimates when project scope changes.
Track project-wise material, labour, and subcontractor costs.
Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery records.
Maintain billing documentation and project records.
Coordinate with the Accounts team regarding billing and payment follow-ups.




Prepare project-wise billing summaries and cost reports.
Generate MIS reports related to billing, project progress, and receivables.
Coordinate with clients for billing clarifications whenever required.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of construction billing and quantity surveying.
Experience in BOQ preparation and RA Billing.
Knowledge of project costing and budget monitoring.
Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.
Familiarity with Zoho Books or similar ERP/accounting software.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
