Ecommerce Warehouse Experience a must
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management.
Manage day to day operations of a large-scale warehouse and take accountability of delivering the daily performance targets
Play a key managerial role of supporting the FC head with excellence in execution
Manage large teams of outsourced staff directly and indirectly
Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Arrange and plan out warehouse, plan routes and process shipments
Resolve any arising problems or complaints
Supervise, coach and train the team
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Continuously look for improvements to operations
Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations





Experience:
4 years of proven working experience as a warehouse manager/ Operation/ Station/ Hub/ Last Mile Manager
Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
Solid knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
Leadership skills and ability manage staff
Robust decision making and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
