Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counselling to students for academic, emotional, social, and behavioural concerns.
Support students' mental well-being and promote a positive school setting.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school management to address student needs and develop intervention plans.
Conduct workshops on life skills, stress management, bullying prevention, career awareness, and emotional well-being.
Maintain confidential student records and counselling documentation.
Identify students requiring additional support and refer cases to external specialists when necessary.
Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines related to student wellness and counselling services.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Student Counsellor in a CBSE school.
Robust understanding of child and adolescent psychology.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
