Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new Interior Designers, Architects, and Design Consultants within the

assigned territory.
Schedule and conduct regular visits to interior design firms to build long-term relationships.
Present furniture collections, customization options, pricing, and ongoing offers.
Generate qualified residential and commercial project leads.
Coordinate showroom visits and product demonstrations for designers and their clients.
Follow up consistently on leads and projects until successful order conversion.
Work closely with the sales, showroom, and operations teams to ensure seamless project

execution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project pipelines, and visit reports in

the CRM.
Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and emerging design

trends.
Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and designer meets to expand business

opportunities.
Achieve monthly targets for designer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue.




Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and issue

resolution.

Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
Good presentation and demonstration skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
