We are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to lead the operations of our growing dermatology and aesthetic clinic. This role is ideal for a results-oriented skilled who can seamlessly balance clinic operations, sales performance, team leadership, and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth
Drive clinic revenue and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase treatment conversions and service uptake
Monitor key performance metrics including revenue, profitability, conversion rates, and patient acquisition
Identify growth opportunities through business development, referrals, and patient retention initiatives
Prepare regular performance reports and business insights for management





Clinic Operations Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and productive functioning
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and clinic protocols
Optimize appointment scheduling, patient flow, and resource utilization
Manage inventory, procurement, and equipment maintenance
Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery

Patient Experience & Retention
Deliver an exceptional patient experience across all touchpoints
Manage patient feedback, concerns, and escalations effectively
Implement patient retention and loyalty programs
Monitor satisfaction scores, repeat visits, referrals, and retention metrics
Build long-term relationships that foster trust and engagement

Team Leadership & Development
Lead and inspire front-office, sales, and clinic support teams
