We work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams to take projects from concept through design development, documentation, and execution.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can independently lead the design development and detailing of assigned projects. The role requires solid expertise in interior design, space planning, materials and finishes, technical detailing, documentation, client communication, and project coordination.

The role also involves mentoring junior designers, reviewing design deliverables, coordinating with clients and project stakeholders,



and escalating critical design or execution matters to the Principal Designer.

Key Responsibilities1. Design Leadership & Concept Development
Lead design development from concept through detailed design for assigned projects.
Translate client requirements and project constraints into thoughtful, bespoke design solutions.
Develop space plans, furniture layouts, material palettes, concepts, mood boards, and 3D presentations.
Maintain consistency in design language, spatial logic, proportion, and materiality.
Present design ideas and developments to the Principal Designer for review and alignment.
Refine designs based on feedback while maintaining the core design intent.
Drawing Production & Documentation
Prepare and develop working drawings, furniture drawings, elevations, sections, details, layouts, and specifications.
Oversee and review drawings prepared by Junior Designers and Design Assistants.
