Work Mode: Work from Office
Explain the company's services and paid membership packages.
Convince customers to opt for paid subscription plans (3-month and 6-month memberships).
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. - Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Achieve daily and monthly sales/conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. - Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate (preferred). Excellent communication skills in Tamil
Experience in telecalling, telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred. Freshers with positive communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Robust convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
