Key Responsibilities
Install and commission equipment at customer sites.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, or software-related issues.
Repair or replace faulty components and verify system performance.
Conduct equipment inspections and health checks.
Provide technical support and training to customers.
Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal engineering, sales, and support teams.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Respond to emergency service calls and minimize equipment downtime.
