Job Summary
As a Quant Analytics Analyst in the DART (Data, Analytics and Reporting Team), you will be responsible for setting up future-ready solutions and related infrastructure. This role suits someone open to upskilling into recent technologies as the role evolves.
Responsibilities:
Write secure, high-quality code following best practices and engineering standards
Develop and maintain data integrations with databases and AWS RDS
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
Gather, analyze, and draw conclusions from large datasets to support decision-making
Participate in code reviews and testing
Participate in production support and incident response as needed
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelor's degree; relevant experience in a quantitative field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering)
Knowledge and experience working with large datasets, with the ability to gather, analyze, and draw conclusions to support decision-making
Working knowledge of a BI tech stack (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) is an acceptable entry background
Ability to write secure, high-quality code following best practices and engineering standards
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, including CI/CD concepts
