Generate leads for training admissions through calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms
Maintain daily outreach activity reports
Counseling & Conversion (Key Role)
Explain course structure, fees, duration, and outcomes clearly
Convert inquiries into paid enrollments/admissions:
Achieve monthly admission/closing targets
Admission & Enrollment Process
Manage end-to-end admission process for training programs
Maintain enrollment records and admission database
Ensure smooth onboarding of trainees
Coordination & Follow-up
Coordinate with trainers, management, and placement teams
Schedule counseling sessions, demos, and interviews
Maintain solid communication with leads until conversion
Marketing Support
Assist in posting training ads on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Support promotional campaigns for training batches
Help in generating walk-in traffic and online inquiries
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
