Job Title: IT Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software-related issues.
Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi connectivity, and internet services.
Configure and support network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup procedures.
Maintain IT asset records and inventory.
Prepare and maintain reports, records, and databases using Microsoft Excel.
Provide technical support to employees and users.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and AMC services.




Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

Required Skills:
Valuable knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
Robust understanding of software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Knowledge of networking concepts, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data management, formulas, and reporting.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹10,635.59 - ₹15,298.77 per month
