Key Responsibilities
Career Planning: Provide personalized roadmap planning for trainees to transition into specific industries, trades, or higher education.
Soft Skills & Placement Support: Coach students on resume building, interview preparation, and workplace etiquette. Coordinate with local employers to facilitate job placements.
Batch Enrollment & Retention: Counsel walk-in prospects and inquiries, converting them into course registrations. Monitor student progress to reduce dropout rates and ensure training satisfaction.
Record Management: Maintain confidential, up-to-date files on trainee enrollment, assessment results, and session notes.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
