Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for trading and broking products.
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
Coordinate with development and UI/UX teams for product implementation and enhancements.
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis for stock market and fintech products.




Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as SEBI, NSE, and BSE guidelines.
Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and analytics to improve user experience.
Collaborate with QA and support teams for smooth product releases.
Prepare product documentation, BRDs, user stories, and release notes.

Required Skills:
Solid understanding of Stock Market, Trading, Demat, Broking Operations, and Investment Products.
Experience working with Trading Platforms, OMS/RMS, Back Office, or Wealth Management products.
Knowledge of Agile / Jira / Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to convert business requirements into functional specifications.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field.
Certifications such as NISM are preferred.
