Conducting in-depth consultations with leads to accurately assess their insurance requirements and preferences. Providing comprehensive and explicit information to customers regarding the features, advantages, and coverage options of our insurance policies. Overcoming objections and resolving concerns to effectively close sales transactions. Executing timely follow-ups with interested leads who have yet to complete a purchase. Consistently meeting or exceeding all established weekly and monthly sales targets. Delivering a superior level of customer service to cultivate and maintain positive, long-term client relationships. Developing and nurturing relationships with channel partners to expand market reach.
