Sample Packing & Dispatch Support

Pack product samples as per instructions received from the R&D;, Quality, or Sales team.
Coordinate with transporters/courier agencies for dispatch of samples and documents.
Book consignments with transporters and ensure timely dispatch.
Maintain records of dispatched samples and courier details.
Local Purchase & Procurement Support

Purchase office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and R&D; materials from local vendors as instructed.
Collect quotations or material samples from local suppliers whenever required.
Ensure timely delivery of purchased items to the concerned department.
Consumables & Pantry Management

Monitor stock levels of office consumables and pantry items.
Conduct routine checks of pantry supplies, housekeeping materials, stationery, and other consumables.
Inform the Admin Manager or concerned senior in advance when replenishment is required.
Assist in receiving and arranging purchased materials.
Administrative Support

Assist the Admin Manager in day-to-day administrative activities.
Arrange lunch,



refreshments, and meeting requirements as instructed.
Handle photocopying, document filing, scanning, and other office-related tasks.
General Office Assistance

Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of office common areas and storage locations.
Deliver documents, parcels, and materials within the office or nearby locations.
Perform any other office-related duties assigned by management from time to time.

Key Skills
Valid Driving License is mandatory.:
Ability to safely operate a two-wheeler for official duties.
Knowledge of local markets and vendors.
Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
Basic record-keeping and documentation skills.
Knowledge of courier booking and dispatch procedures.
Basic understanding of office operations and administrative activities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
