Client Retention: Build solid relationships with key accounts, resolve escalations, and spot opportunities for upselling and account growth.
New Business Support: Assist the leadership team in pitching to new prospective clients and shaping agency proposals. [1, 2]

Mentorship: Lead department heads (e.g., SEO, Content, Paid Media, Account Management) by setting transparent goals and KPIs.
