Key Responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for:
Identifying relevant tenders:
Search and identify suitable tenders, rate contracts and institutional requirements.




Identify opportunities where our products can be supplied.
Tender Application & Documentation:
Study tender requirements and eligibility criteria.
Coordinate preparation and submission of tender documents.
Ensure documents are complete and submitted within deadlines.
Track EMD, tender fees, certificates and other requirements.
Government & Institutional Business Development:
Identify departments, PSUs, institutions and large organisations that regularly purchase relevant products.
Explore vendor registration and empanelment opportunities.
Develop institutional supply opportunities beyond individual tenders.
Follow-up & Coordination:
Follow up with relevant departments and procurement authorities.
Track tender status, technical evaluation, commercial evaluation and purchase orders.
Coordinate with our internal team for pricing, product specifications and documentation.
