About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of Chinese dishes including noodles, fried rice, starters and gravies.
Prepare Chinese quick-food items according to standard recipes.
Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion size and presentation.
Ensure proper preparation and handling of ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
Manage food preparation efficiently during peak hours.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.
Control food wastage and maintain proper ingredient usage.

Required Skills & Experience:
Previous experience as a Chinese Chef in a restaurant, café or hotel is preferred.
Positive knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
Experience with noodles, fried rice, starters, gravies and fast-food items.




Ability to maintain consistent taste and presentation.
Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
Good teamwork, discipline and communication skills.
