Key Responsibilities:
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality.
Identify, record, document, and track bugs.
Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Monitor debugging process results and improve QA processes.
Generate reports and document test results and quality metrics.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role.
Robust knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in writing transparent, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting is a plus.
Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, JMeter, Postman, etc. (based on your stack).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development process.
