Key Responsibilities -
Generate and manage sales leads for domestic and international travel products.
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
Sell holiday packages, flights, hotels, visa services, transfers, cruises, activities, and other travel-related services.
Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless booking execution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, visa requirements, and industry developments.

Required Qualifications & Skills -
Minimum 2 years of experience in Travel Sales or Travel Consultancy.




Solid knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
Proven experience in selling holiday packages and travel services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Experience in B2C travel sales.
Knowledge of international visa processes and travel documentation.
Experience with travel booking systems and travel CRM software.
Background in luxury travel, customized vacations, or MICE travel sales.
