Eligibility
BHMS / BAMS / MBBS from a recognized institution.
Valid State Medical Council Registration (where applicable).
Valuable clinical knowledge, patient assessment, and emergency management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night duties.
Key Responsibilities
Examine, diagnose, and manage patients in the OPD, IPD, Emergency, and Ward settings.
Provide timely medical care and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
Attend to medical emergencies and stabilize patients as required.
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
Prescribe medications and order appropriate diagnostic investigations.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and preventive healthcare.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.
Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous medical education programmes.
