We are looking for an experienced Chef specializing in Traditional South Indian Cuisine for a current restaurant in Delhi.
Requirements:
8+ years of professional kitchen experience
Robust expertise South Indian Cuisine:
Experience managing kitchen teams and restaurant operations
Good knowledge of menu planning, food costing, hygiene & quality control
Hindi is mandatory:
Must know any One Language Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada:
Experience in premium/high-volume restaurants preferred
Recent restaurant opening/setup experience is an advantage
Salary: 20,000 to 45,000
Location:Garg Trade Center, Sector XI, Rohini, Delhi
Joining: Immediate / Negotiable
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
