Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our CIS Team, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Pune. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of code changes and deployments.
Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
Conduct regular system performance monitoring and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement DevOps best practices and standards.
Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps, cloud computing,



and software development to continuously improve processes and tools

What you need to have:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, related degree, or relevant experience (preferred)
5+ years of development experience
Proficiency in utilizing frameworks such as ASP.NET, MVC, and Entity Framework
Robust understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles
Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle
Skilled in front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
Knowledge of source control systems like Git and experience with CI/CD pipelines
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Solid problem-solving and debugging skills
Proven track record of delivering high-qual
