What are we looking for?:
Role Overview- We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join the Agency Channel team as Sr Manager - MIS & Business Analytics. The role will focus on driving data-driven decision making, building leadership dashboards, and creating high-quality CXO-level presentations to support business reviews and strategic initiatives within the Agency Channel.-
Key Responsibilities- 1. Data Analytics & MIS Strategy- Drive MIS strategy and analytics for the Agency Channel.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
Develop automated MIS frameworks and data visualization tools.
2. Leadership Dashboards & Reporting- Build and maintain leadership dashboards for sin business reporting.
Support leadership with analytical insights for strategic decision-making.- Education- MBA (preferred) / Postgraduate (preferred) / Graduate degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field.
Experience- 6 years+ of experience in business analytics, MIS, or strategic reporting.




Experience in insurance / financial services / agency distribution will be an advantage.
Key Skills- Advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot, Data Modeling)
Power BI / Data Visualization tools
Advanced PowerPoint presentation skills
Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Ability to convert data into compelling business stories
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
