Eligibility & Requirements:
Master degree completed (preferred) from a reputed university/institution in Public Policy, Social Sciences, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Education, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
Robust academic writing and research skills.
Excellent academic writing and rewriting skills with the ability to improve clarity, structure, coherence, and flow of content.
Robust command over English grammar, sentence construction, vocabulary, and academic tone.
Ability to paraphrase and rewrite content in an original and plagiarism-free manner without changing the core meaning.
Deep understanding of research methodology, theoretical frameworks, literature review, and academic argumentation.
Capability to convert rough drafts into polished, publication-quality academic writing.
Ability to critically analyze research material and improve logical flow,



conceptual clarity, and academic presentation.
Experience in writing or rewriting PhD-level theses, dissertations, journal papers, policy papers, reports, or research articles.
Familiarity with citation and referencing styles such as APA, MLA, Chicago, Harvard, etc.
Ability to understand complex academic concepts and rewrite them in a more exact and professional manner.
Strong attention to detail, consistency, formatting, and academic integrity.
Knowledge of plagiarism standards and ability to produce AI-free, human-quality academic writing.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of research work and unpublished material.
Prior experience in research assistance, academic editing, journal publication support, or thesis writing will be preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and academic integrity.
