About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure Active Directory.
Monitor network performance, diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, and oversee the maintenance of firewalls, switches, and routers.
Administer and support NetSuite and Salesforce platforms, including user management, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
Implement and enforce IT security policies, including patch management, access controls, and backup and recovery procedures.
Deliver technical support and training to end users across the organisation, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for systems, configurations, and IT procedures.
Liaise with vendors and third-party service providers to coordinate support, procurement, and service delivery.
Configure and administer Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permission sets,



and security.
Develop reports, dashboards, and automation to support Sales and Operations.
Manage data imports, exports, cleansing, and governance.
Support Salesforce enhancements, testing, and release management.
Configure dashboards, Suite Analytics reports, and business workflows.
Support Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Operations teams.
Monitor platform performance and recommend process improvements.

Business Systems Analysis
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze existing workflows and identify prospects for automation and optimization.
Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.

Integration & Support
Monitor integration jobs and resolve synchronization issues.
