Job Title: Recruitment Executive (Part-Time)
Mandatory
English Fluency
Location: Pal RTO, Adajan, Surat
Timing: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: ₹11,000 - ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, Naukri, etc.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Robust organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
