Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed/B.El.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed)

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective classroom instruction for Grades 2 to 5
Assess, record, and report students’ academic performance and development
Use innovative teaching strategies to enhance student understanding and participation
Foster critical thinking, creativity, and solid study habits
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning atmosphere
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
Participate actively in school programs, meetings, and professional development sessions
