Alankar Consultancy is expanding our trading desk We are actively seeking a sharp, focused, and experienced Equity Dealer. If you thrive in the quick-paced environment of the capital markets and have a flawless track record of executing trades during peak hours, we want you to grow with us.
What You Will Do:
Trade Execution: Punch in client orders across Equity, F&O;, and Currency segments with absolute precision and zero errors.
Market Monitoring: Keep a close eye on live market trends, tracking stock movements and key financial news.
Client Advisory: Proactively update clients with real-time market views, trading strategies, and portfolio advice.
Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to all SEBI, exchange, and internal company regulations at all times.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Prior hands-on experience working as a Dealer or Terminal Operator in a stockbroking firm.
Certifications:
A valid NISM Certification (Series VIII - Equity Derivatives is highly preferred).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in trading software and terminals (ODIN, NEAT, or similar platforms).
Core Strengths: Exceptional attention to detail, robust communication skills, and the ability to stay calm and accurate under high-pressure market conditions.
