Job Summary

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesSearch Engine Optimization (SEO)
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for search engines.
Implement on-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
Monitor and improve website rankings on Google and other search engines.
Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
Build and manage quality backlink strategies.
Track SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
Prepare monthly SEO reports and performance dashboards.

Social Media Optimization (SMO)
Manage and optimize the organization's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter).




Develop and implement social media growth strategies.
Schedule and publish engaging content regularly.
Increase followers, reach, engagement, and community interaction.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries when required.
Analyze social media performance and generate reports.

Reel Making & Short-Form Video Content
Plan, script, shoot, and edit engaging reels and short videos for social media platforms.
Develop creative concepts aligned with marketing campaigns and organizational objectives.
Create educational, promotional, testimonial, and trend-based reel content.
Add captions, transitions, music, graphics, and effects to improve engagement.
Repurpose existing content into short-form videos.
Stay updated with current trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms.
Coordinate with teams to capture events, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes conte
