Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly pharmacy MIS reports.
Monitor pharmacy sales, stock movement, consumption, and inventory levels.
Generate reports on rapid-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving medicines.
Track expiry and near-expiry stock and coordinate with the pharmacy team for timely action.
Maintain accurate records of medicine purchases, issues, returns, and stock adjustments.
Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.
Prepare reports on pharmacy revenue, margins, and inventory valuation.
Coordinate with vendors and the procurement team for stock-related data.
Analyze medicine consumption patterns and provide recommendations for stock optimization.
Ensure timely submission of pharmacy reports to management.
Maintain databases and dashboards for pharmacy operations.
Support internal and external audits by providing required reports and documentation.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with hospital policies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
