Job Summary

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries while maintaining high service quality.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support system.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and product usage.




Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with product knowledge and emerging technologies.
Deliver a positive and professional customer experience in every interaction.
