Key Responsibilities 1. GroupLegalSupport (Primary Function)
Act as the right hand to the Group Legal Advisor, supporting all legal work across multiple group entities.
Handle day-to-day legal tasks including contract work, advisory support, legal research, governance, and general in-house matters.
Coordinate with external counsel across different jurisdictions as required.
Assist with legal operations, documentation management, and process improvements.
India Compliance & Office Support (Secondary Function)
Oversee legal and regulatory compliance for the India office
Maintain internal controls and ensure the India office adheres to group standards.
Support recruitment, supervision, and development of junior legal team members in Indi
