Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Store Sales Associates (Freshers) to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and are eager to build a career in retail sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers with their shopping needs.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and promotions.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
Handle billing, cash, and digital payments (if required).
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and price tagging.
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.




Follow company policies and maintain skilled conduct.

Qualifications:
12th Pass / Graduate (Freshers are welcome).
Prior retail or customer service experience is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
