n Role Summary
n Not telecalling. You qualify inbound packaging enquiries, coordinate internally, and convert quotes into orders through disciplined follow-ups.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Understand client needs (box type, size, qty, budget, timeline)
n Share complete briefs with costing/tech team
n Follow up on quotations → push for samples → close orders
n Update CRM daily; no enquiry unattended >24 hrs
n Coordinate with production after order confirmation

n Better quote-to-order conversion
n Repeat orders from handled clients
n n Skills Required
n n Solid communication (English/Hindi)
n Organized, process-driven, detail-oriented
n Comfortable with CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, email
n Basic understanding of packaging is a plus
