Responsibilities
Manage the expense scrub process.
Supervise and train offshore consultants.
Handle prior-owner general ledger (GL) account mapping for acquisitions.
Maintain and roll forward PM reclass sheet updates.
Perform monthly completeness checks.
Prepare and post PM accruals; coordinate related communications.
Process alter worksheet requests.
Ensure mid-month move-out recovery updates are completed.
Review monthly workpapers.
Review acquisition- and disposition-related entries, as needed.
Ensure monthly tasks and property assignments are completed accurately and on time.
Support ad hoc projects, as assigned.
Property accounting, development accounting, Constructional accounting.
Accounting, GL accounting, month end closing, reconciliation, CAM, real estate.
